We created a React portal for economic development company, Opportunity Peterborough, that handles billing and membership subscriptions for Bondholder businesses as well as content distribution for news, events and employment opportunities across the region.
Opportunity Peterborough (OP) are a private not-for-profit business, wholly owned by Peterborough City Council, established in the city for over 10 years. They engage with local businesses to support growth and development and, as part of their remit, they provide an online portal to help businesses share content with the wider business community.
Our work with the OP team defined and transformed user journeys for network members and target audiences. We created wireframes for the new application and applied our design experience to deliver a more modern, responsive interface. We extended our treatment to OP’s website, modernising the portal into a more dynamic, user-friendly platform.
Data migration from an existing platform was handled for a smooth transition. Admin tools now allow invoice reconciliation, email marketing and other analysis and member management, integrating with a cloud CRM and their WordPress website.
