Isurus

Isurus

A custom B2B ordering platform that lets café managers order stock in minutes from their phone — even offline — with every order routed straight into fulfilment.

Isurus Fulfilment is a third-party logistics provider that handles warehousing and delivery for multi-site brands. One of their clients — a UK café franchise group running multiple brands across hundreds of sites — was still ordering stock by phone, email and spreadsheet. Free Thinking Design built Isurus a custom B2B ordering platform that puts fast, reliable ordering in every store manager's pocket and feeds straight into Mintsoft.

Tell me more...

Ordering built for a multi-site café franchise

The app knows which brand and which location a manager is ordering for, and shows only that site's approved catalogue. Own-brand and compliance essentials are set as required items, so they are never missed. A manager places a correct order in minutes from their phone - no phone calls, no spreadsheets, no guesswork.

Straight into Mintsoft — no re-keying

Every order flows automatically from the app into Isurus Fulfilment's Mintsoft warehouse system, so nobody re-keys anything. Product availability syncs back the other way, straight from Mintsoft, so stores can't order what's out of stock. It's a clean, automated line from a manager's phone to the Mintsoft pick face — here's how we connect ordering apps to a 3PL warehouse

Works anywhere, even offline

Stockrooms have terrible wifi. The platform is an installable web app — no app store — that keeps working when the connection drops and syncs the moment it's back. A manager can build an order on the shop floor or in the back room and trust that it will arrive.

Built API-first, built to last

Under the hood it's a Symfony and API Platform backend with a React progressive web app on top — built API-first, so it's clean to integrate with and ready for whatever Isurus add next. Isurus own the platform outright, and we keep developing it alongside them. Read the full build story on our blog.
