What you see is what you get
Unlike many other agencies, we don’t use a sales team or customer relationship managers. The director won’t attend the pitch meeting then disappear from the project.
When you work with us, the same team will be involved every step of the way, from initial ideas through to launch - and beyond!
Our culture
Free Thinking Design started life in 2006 from a spare bedroom. Over the years we’ve retained our original values of integrity, honesty, innovative thinking and individuality.
We’re from Cambridgeshire: a land of vast fens and towering cathedrals. We like to think of ourselves as welcoming and down-to-earth.
Most of our work comes via referrals from happy clients, and we maintain those relationships for many years to come. Don’t just take our word for it, have a look at our Google Reviews.

We may not be the best at networking or telling everyone about what we do. But that doesn’t matter. What does matter is that our customers believe in our work as much as we do.
