The Experience Works
The Experience Works is a behaviour-change consultancy. They design workplace learning for organisations across the UK: leadership development, onboarding, culture change, sales and customer-service programmes. With a striking new brand identity, they came to us to build their first proper website: a digital home bold enough to match the experiences they create for their clients.
The Nitty Gritty

The Experience Works arrived with a distinctive look: a deep forest green, a sharp acid-lime accent, and confident, oversized typography. Our job was to turn that identity into a website that felt like the brand, not a template wearing its colours. Every page draws on the palette and type system, with generous space and fluid, screen-aware type, so the site reads as considered and premium on any device.
Given what they do, a static brochure site was never going to be enough. We built the site to move: smooth-scrolling sections, copy that reveals as you travel down the page, a custom cursor, and considered animation throughout. It is motion with a purpose: it guides attention rather than showing off, and it respects anyone who prefers reduced motion, falling back so the site stays accessible.
Under the design sits a headless build: a Next.js front end powered by Sanity CMS. We gave The Experience Works their own library of more than two dozen custom content blocks: solution scrollers, team profiles, statistic grids, testimonial carousels, timelines, case studies and downloadable resources. Their team can compose and reorder whole pages themselves, without coming back to us for every change. They own all of it outright: the code, the content and the design system.
Design-led still has to be built properly. The site runs on Next.js and React with server-rendered pages, an optimised image pipeline, structured data and generated social share cards, so it is quick for visitors and legible to search engines. It scores 80 on mobile and 89 on desktop for the home page, and 80/92 across the inner pages, in Google's PageSpeed Insights. That is strong for a site this rich in motion and imagery. It also handles GDPR-compliant cookie consent and lets visitors book a call straight from the site through Calendly.

"I haven't said a proper thank you to you and the team for creating such an awesome website. We are getting great feedback, so thank you so much."
